    1. Hi Miyako, The balls are stone bollards some ladies covered with cloth encouraging people to vote in our upcoming parliamentary elections.

    1. Hi Ida, It is election time in New Zealand and these are stone bollards someone has covered with cloth with messages telling us to vote.
