Treasures from Timaru

We spent a wet day in Timaru earlier in the year. Later my
husband showed me these photos he had taken while
I was in one of the shops - it pays to look up occasionally :)
It's all too easy to keep your head down,
especially on a wet, windy and miserable day.

Why don't you come over and have a look.

  6. Handsome looking buildings. I like the Victorian style. Often on the street level of these old buildings things have been modernized and only the upper floors retain the original charm. Thanks Diana for sharing this week, stop back with some more "rainy treasures."

  8. I'm so glad to see these photos as I am always taking photos of the upper stories of buildings with their art deco and other types.
